How many team members can I invite?

You can invite up to 5 members

What is the maximum file upload size?

No more than 2GB. All files in your account must fit your allotted storage space.

How do I reset my password?

At the top, tap Security. Under "Signing in to Google," tap Password. You might need to sign in. Enter your new password, then tap Change Password.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Can you cancel subscriptions? On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play. Select the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription.

Do you provide additional support?

If your child needs additional help to make progress in school, your child's teachers will make an individualised plan for support for your child.
